Notes:

  • Payment is to be made in full at registration either by cash or cheque
  • All cheques are to be made payable to “University College London Union” 
  • Once you have filled out this form in full print this page and use it as an invoice
  • Full reciepts from an official UCL Union treasurer will be issued on the day
  • If you need to cancel any teams, contact Josh Blacker on prescup@debating.org ASAP, or you will be charged for all the teams you have registered.
